The School's activity unfolds within a national school with the headquarters in Bucharest. The European School of Transylvania unfoled from 2005 until 2006.

The seminars of each school are organised following a different calendar for each one of them. The organisation of the seminars is made by the School's director assisted by a project manager, a project assistant and an accountant.
